Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order once it has been processed.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds for products that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 24hrs of receipt to initiate the return process.

We do not offer refunds for products that have been opened or used unless they are defective. We also do not offer refunds for shipping costs unless the item was damaged during shipping or was defective upon arrival.

Return Policy

To initiate a return, please contact us within 24hrs of receipt. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Please note that the product must be in its original packaging and unused in order to be eligible for a refund.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If the product is eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 14 days.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the product you want.
